The faculty member is expected to deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with institutional learning outcomes. The role includes assessing and evaluating student performance, providing academic support and guidance, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and learner-centered classroom environment. The faculty member is also expected to collaborate with colleagues and parents, when necessary, to further enhance student learning and development.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Education or any relevant field, including but not limited to:
• Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM)
• Culinary Arts
• Culinary Management

Experience

• No prior teaching experience required
• Open to recent graduates with strong potential and willingness to learn
