Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in General Education or related field
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Patient, nurturing, and child-centered
• Able to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Willing to collaborate with colleagues and parents

Responsibilities:

• Teach grade school learners using effective teaching strategies
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, and assessments
• Monitor and support student progress
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Lead and assist in planning and implementing school events and activities
