Why This Role Exists

At TECHNOKids, we don’t just deliver curriculum—we transform how learning is experienced in the classroom.

As an Education Advocate, you are not just supporting programs—you are championing better education. You stand at the frontlines, ensuring that teachers feel empowered, students stay engaged, and schools see real value in technology-driven learning.

You are the voice of both the educator and the learner—bridging gaps, solving real problems, and pushing for continuous improvement in how education is delivered.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just follow systems—but questions, improves, and elevates them.

What You’ll Do

  • Train and guide teachers and students in using TECHNOKids curriculum, tools, and digital platforms.
  • Advocate for effective learning by supporting educators in both technical and instructional challenges.
  • Conduct school visits (fieldwork) to monitor implementation, strengthen partnerships, and ensure program success.
  • Listen actively to feedback from schools and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Identify gaps in learning delivery and recommend solutions that enhance engagement and outcomes.
  • Champion the value of technology in education through professional, confident, and meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine training, support systems, and learning experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for passive support. We’re looking for someone who embodies the identity of an Education Advocate:

  • The Learner – Always growing, always curious, always improving.
  • The Educator – Communicates with clarity, patience, and purpose.
  • The Advocate – Speaks up for what learners and teachers truly need.
  • The Leader – Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to fix.
  • The Problem Solver – Focused on solutions, not excuses.
  • The Connector – Builds trust and meaningful relationships with schools and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Communication, Business/Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in teaching, training, facilitation, customer engagement, or program management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using productivity and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences.

Why You Want to Work Here

  • Be part of a mission-driven company shaping the future of tech education in the Philippines.
  • Work in an environment that values initiative, creativity, and real impact—not just attendance.
  • Grow into a role where your voice actually influences how education is delivered.
  • Location: Malate, Manila

How to Apply

Prepare your CV and answer the following:

  • What’s your degree and field of study?
  • Which languages are you fluent in?
  • Any experience in training, education, or customer/technical support?
  • Which productivity or software tools are you comfortable with?
  • Expected monthly salary?
