- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and tea-based beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Train and mentor new staff on tea preparation techniques.
- Participate in tea tastings and promotions.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; barista training is a plus.
- Experience Level: Prior experience in a café or coffee shop advantage but not require.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and strong upselling skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for coffee, friendly demeanor, and ability to work well under pressure.
