- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and beverages to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or food service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cashiering skills, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to handle transactions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow beverage preparation guidelines and recipes.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
