• Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and required reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of withholding tax certificates and other BIR-related documents.
• Assist in the reconciliation of tax records and accounting records.
• Assist during BIR audits, inspections, and other tax-related requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding documents and information needed for tax compliance.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Accounting/Finance Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1 year work experience in BIR compliance, tax preparation, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Familiarity with BIR forms, tax filing procedures, withholding taxes, and Philippine tax regulations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
