Job Summary:
- Preparation/Review of Working paper for Withholding Taxes (Expanded, Compensation, Final) including attachments (Alphalist of Payees, Alphalist of Employees)
- Preparation/Review of Working paper for Income Tax
- Preparation/Review of Working paper for Value Added Tax including Summary List of Sales and Purchases
- Preparation/Review of Working paper for Excise Tax
- Preparation/Review of Journal for Financial Statements, Notes to Financial Statements including tie out of balances
- Preparation of Application for Permit for Excise Tax Purposes
- Review of ETRD, ORB, Weekly Removal Report
- Review of BIR Forms 2307
- Monitoring the Payroll file (for updates especially Items that are non-taxable per BIR)Memo for each Tax Types (regarding preparation of the Working Paper)
- Research any BIR related questions
- Assisting in creating policies and tax planning for BIR Compliances
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Related work experience is a plus
- Preferably CPA
- Keen to details
- Trustworthy
