Tax Compliance Assistant

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compliance to tax requirements for operating and non-operating companies. Identifying and analyzing different aspects of the company’s operation and applicable tax criteria, developing and maintaining contact with external parties to ensure appropriate and timely resolutions of tax issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures timely filing of taxes and other government requirements for the company andvarious affiliates

2. Coordinate with the team to ensure that deadlines are properly observed

3. Assist in preparations of reports and financial statements

4. Keephimself/herself abreast to latest tax/government issues and regulations

. Assist supervisor in carrying out tax related tasks

6. Assist in quarterly internal audit checking of compliance by the team

7. Other task/s as may be instructed by the superiors

1. Courses specializing in Accountancy, Finance, and other related courses

2. Preferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

3. Preferably with experience in Microsoft Business Central or any accounting system

4. Proficient in google workspace programs 5. Works well in a team

6. Can handle work with minimal supervision

7. Can manage work and can work with deadline
