Prepare and submit tax reports on time to the Bureau of Internal Revenue:
- Monthly withholding tax on compensation (1601C)
- Monthly withholding tax on vendors (1601E)
- Quarterly tax reports (1601EQ / 1702Q)
- Weekly issuance of 2307 to vendors
- Annual issuance of 2316 to employees
- Annual alphalist of employees and vendors (1604CF & 1604E)
- Annual registration of accounting books to the BIR
- Annual submission of inventory report to the BIR
Prepare journal entries for the monthly tax provision.
Ensure that the tax accounts in Balance Sheet and P&L are properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
Assist in the application of VAT claims with the BIR.
Assist in the renewal of business permits with CDC and coordinate with BIR for tax matters.
Perform other tasks related to treasury functions.
Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior.
