Accounting and Tax Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax management
Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and BIR regulations
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions
Ensure timely filing and compliance with BIR taxes and other statutory requirements
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial records

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and tax regulations
Supervise and mentor accounting staff while improving internal controls
Provide financial analysis and support management in business planning and decision-making

Preferred Experience

Experience in the construction, engineering, real estate, or building materials industry is an advantage
