Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience Level: 1 year leadership or supervisory recruitment or talent acquisition
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Skills and Competencies: Experience in BPO or call center recruitment preferred
