Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT requisitions for different industries such as FMCG and Pharmaceutical.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment activities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in decision-making.
• Maintain a pool of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct job offers, negotiations, and onboarding support.
• Partner with operations team to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely deployment of hires to assigned store locations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Qualifications/Experience:

• Proven experience in recruitment; experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Education Level/Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
