• Source, screen, and attract candidates through various channels.
• Evaluate applicant resumes and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
• Willing to do Fieldworks such as flyering, attend Local Recruitment Activities.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting and candidate screening skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• With own motorcycle is advantage
