- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in recruitment software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a passion for hiring talent.
