About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing team.
• This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruitment. You will be involved throughout the recruitment journey—from sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing, coordinating with candidates, and supporting onboarding.
• We are not simply looking for someone who waits for instructions and completes assigned tasks. We are looking for someone who is curious about the market, willing to explore new recruitment channels, test different approaches, and continuously improve recruitment results.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job platforms, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage candidate communication and interview coordination.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Explore and develop new recruitment channels.
• Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize sourcing strategies, job advertisements, and candidate engagement.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Candidate Sourcing is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to analyze problems and find solutions instead of waiting for instructions.
• Interested in exploring new recruitment channels and strategies.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, Facebook, or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
