Job Description:

A. Candidate Sourcing & Market Scanning

• Source and attract candidates through ATS, job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct market and talent mapping to identify talent pools and sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, manage candidate trackers, and maintain recruitment platforms.
• Recommend process improvements and enhance sourcing strategies.

B. Interviewing & Candidate Screening

• Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
• Evaluate candidates against hiring requirements and prepare endorsement notes.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews when required.

C. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers through intake meetings and recruitment calibrations.
• Provide hiring updates, recruitment insights, and market trends.
• Consolidate interview feedback, recommend candidates, and resolve recruitment challenges.

D. Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate interviews, schedules, meeting invites, and candidate communications.
• Manage internal job postings, referrals, and reference checks.
• Ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and stakeholders.

E. ATS Management

• Create and manage job requisitions in SuccessFactors.
• Update candidate and requisition statuses throughout the hiring process.
• Process offer approvals and coordinate onboarding with HR.

F. Contractor Hiring

• Manage end-to-end contractor recruitment with agency partners.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary liaison between agencies and hiring managers.
