Talent Acquisition Specialist (E-commerce)

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and initial screening to offer coordination and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified candidates for our growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook, employee referrals, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivation, career goals, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and coordinate job offers with qualified candidates.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring challenges.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Track recruitment metrics such as interviews, offers, and successful hires.
• Review recruitment results and improve sourcing strategies when needed.
• Support recruitment needs across different functions within the e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with recruitment data and tracking hiring progress.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Quezon City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for e-commerce, retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer-focused businesses.
• Experience hiring for digital, content, influencer, livestreaming, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with local recruitment platforms and talent communities.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment practices and basic recruitment compliance.
