Job Description
- Sourcing Talent: Find active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Resume Screening: Review job applications and resumes to match candidates against specific job requirements.
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial phone assessments to check candidate qualifications, salary expectations, and availability.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various calendars.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and collecting necessary employment documents.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain candidate profiles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
