About the role

DATEM INC. is seeking an experienced Foreman and Field Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative construction company and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.


What you'll be doing

  1. Recruit a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, masons, and laborers, etc.
  2. Communicate effectively with HR and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of manpower requirements.
  3. Prepare and maintain detailed records of manpower deployment.
  4. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
  5. Collaborate with different organization for local recruitment activities, provincial hiring, etc.


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar construction supervisory role
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  4. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and site conditions
