Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource (HRDM), Psychology or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Description:

• Post and manage job advertisements on sourcing platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in onboarding new hires and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
