Position: Recruiter (Project-Based)

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company’s hiring requirements, particularly for BPO roles. The role includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers to qualified applicants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and job offer processing.

2. Source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.

3. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.

4. Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and candidate evaluations.

5. Maintain an organized database of applicants and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.

6. Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.

7. Ensure completion of recruitment targets within the given project timeline.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry.

• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing to work under a 2–3 months contract.

• Onsite work setup (Pasig)

• Willing to work on holidays and alternate Saturdays if required.

• Willing to work on mid-shift to night shift schedule.

• Able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
