What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment Professional – 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, managing offer discussions, and supporting onboarding requirements.
• AU Talent Hiring Exposure – Experience sourcing and hiring Australian talent across any industry, with familiarity in Australian candidate profiles, job boards, hiring timelines, and communication standards.
• Stakeholder Management – Able to work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, give recruitment updates, and align on hiring priorities.
• Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management – Skilled in using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Recruitment Administration – Responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers, coordinating interview schedules, preparing recruitment reports, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Project-Based Flexibility – Open to a 6-month contract with potential opportunities beyond, supporting recruitment needs for project-based and operational roles.
• Hybrid Work Ready – Willing to work onsite in Pasay City, MOA area, 4 days a week, with 1 WFH day.
