- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree is not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
