Work Schedule:

-Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Philippine Time)

-Mid-shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary: ₱15,000 - ₱18,000 with commissions (depending on experience; higher rates available for seasoned candidates).

Work Type: 8 hours per day and weekends off.

Work Location: Expounder Corp, The View Sixty Fifth (in front of the New Government Center), Bacolod City.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in recruitment, HR, or the BPO industry as a CSR/TSR/Sales Representative.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Confident in communicating with international personalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet and other video conferencing platforms for managerial to executive-level candidates.
• Perform job analysis, talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment pipeline.
• Report directly to the Chief of Staff.
• Support lead generation, list building, business development, recruitment, HR, and administrative tasks
