We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate with 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in recruitment while supporting our company’s talent acquisition needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and posting vacancies across job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Source candidates through databases, referrals, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.).
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Participate in interviews using structured and competency-based methods.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Help promote the company’s employer brand and contribute to recruitment initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Assist in small recruitment projects and process improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource / Development Management / Business Administration or any other related courses
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical, volume/BPO, or healthcare recruitment preferred).
• Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and resume databases.
• Ability to conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS or CMS systems is a plus.
• Amenable to working onsite and on shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
