Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels; pre-screen applicants, maintain talent pools, and endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters.
Qualifications: Recruitment/sourcing experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome. Must have strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
