We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts. This role plays a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. We welcome fresh graduates or individuals passionate about starting a career in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requirements to final hiring endorsement
• Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct resume screening, interviews, and coordinate assessments or trade tests
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements
• Endorse selected candidates for training and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and databases
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all applicants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with little to no recruitment experience, with strong interest in HR
• Passion for sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and good organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
• Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
