The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's recruitment and hiring activities. This role develops recruitment strategies, sources and attracts qualified candidates, manages the end-to-end hiring process, and ensures timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. The position also supervises the recruitment team, collaborates with department heads, monitors recruitment metrics, and ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and recruitment management skills.
