JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned DSG roles, from sourcing to pre-onboarding endorsement.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.

• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and HR leads.

• Maintain an active pipeline for high-volume and urgent store requirements.

Coordination & Candidate Experience

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ensure clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Support employer branding efforts through job postings and recruitment platforms.

Recruitment Reporting & Administration

• Update recruitment trackers, job postings, and applicant status regularly.

• Prepare basic weekly and monthly hiring reports.

• Ensure recruitment activities follow company guidelines and labor requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, department store, or high- volume hiring.

• Willing to work onsite at our Head Office along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.

• Good sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

• Clear communicator and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
