The Sourcing Assistant supports the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This position plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through different channels such as job boards, social media platforms, databases, and non-conventional sources. The Sourcing Assistant also assists in screening applications, maintaining candidate records, and coordinating initial stages of the hiring process to ensure timely and efficient recruitment operations. 

Talent Sourcing and Lead Generation

• Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and non-traditional channels. 
• Develop Boolean searches and targeted sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates. 
• Implement recruitment marketing efforts such as but not limited to posting job ads, promoting vacancies on social media, etc. 
• Planning and implementing recruitment programs such as job fairs and open-house recruitment events to attract qualified candidates. 
• Create a robust active candidate pool for EMI-Operations related positions across identified location/areas in the Philippines 

Market Research and Talent Mapping

• Research competitors, industry trends, and salary benchmarks for key roles. 
• Identify potential talent pools and emerging recruitment channels. 
• Provide data-driven insights to help refine sourcing strategies. 

Employer Branding 

• Promote the company’s culture and values in all candidate interactions. 
• Assist in creating engaging recruitment content for online platforms. 
• Help manage social media presence related to hiring and career opportunities. 
• Maintain positive communication and a professional image of the company throughout the sourcing process. 

Knowledge and Technical Competency Areas 

• With experience in sourcing strategies for corporate roles across all levels 
• Must have knowledge in using Linkedin, Josbtreet, Indeed, Jobslin, Bossjob, Social Media, PESO, Referral, University partnerships and other non-conventional sources  
• Experienced in using Boolean operators for candidate search 

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology or any related course 
• Must be proficient in using MS Office  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
