Responsible for implementing policies and programs on recruitment for an efficient sourcing, screening, and placement of all manpower requirements within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment is a plus
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to assess candidate skills and fit for the role effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
