This role develops and executes recruitment strategies, manages sourcing channels, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a seamless candidate experience. The position also leads and mentors the recruitment team, monitors key hiring metrics, and drives employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.
