Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
