HL7 Interface Engineer (Rhapsody/Summit) – Healthcare Integration | Hybrid Night Shift

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will design, configure, and support HL7 and interoperability interfaces that connect healthcare systems and ensure accurate, high-availability data exchange for US-based clients.

You will work closely with implementation teams, analyze clinical data, build mappings, and troubleshoot real-time interface issues in a production environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Interface Development & Configuration

• Build and maintain HL7 interfaces between internal platforms and customer systems
• Configure and deploy interfaces in Summit and Rhapsody
• Support interface engine upgrades and environment setup

Data Mapping & Interoperability

• Perform message transformation, validation, and routing
• Analyze and normalize clinical datasets
• Work with HL7, FHIR, APIs, and ETL processes

Troubleshooting & Support

• Monitor live interfaces and resolve integration issues
• Ensure data integrity and system uptime
• Support enhancements for existing workflows

Implementation & Collaboration

• Work with client implementation teams for new integrations
• Create clear technical documentation and mapping specifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HL7 interface integration
• Strong knowledge of HL7 message structures
• Experience working with clinical stakeholders or hospital systems
• Experience in data mapping, transformation, and interface troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Summit or Rhapsody
• FHIR or API integration experience
• Exposure to US healthcare projects

WORK SETUP

Initial onsite: Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas

Hybrid setup after training

Night shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
