• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation for cable production or similar continuous manufacturing processes.

• Hands-on experience with PLC platforms: Rockwell Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix), Siemens S7/TIA Portal.

• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition, etc.).

• Familiarity with motor drives, tension controllers, and PID tuning.

• Knowledge of extrusion line control, synchronization of line speeds, and quality monitoring systems.

• Proficient in reading and developing electrical schematics and control panel layouts (AutoCAD, EPLAN).

• Familiarity with industrial network configuration, Ethernet switches, and remote I/O systems.
