About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to lead and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives across human, customer, and machine identities. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, PAM, IGA, PKI, Zero Trust, and hybrid cloud identity architecture.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, audit, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture and roadmaps
• Lead solution design for:
• Microsoft Entra ID modernization
• PAM and privileged workflows
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• PKI and certificate lifecycle automation
• Machine Identity & secrets management
• Identity resilience and recovery solutions
• Produce architecture documents including HLDs, LLDs, and technical standards
• Support Zero Trust and hybrid identity initiatives

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and SOC2
• Work closely with engineering, cloud, security, and audit teams
• Participate in vendor evaluations and architecture governance reviews

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Identity Architect or Senior IAM Engineer
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, federation, authentication, and authorization
• Hands-on experience with:
• PAM
• IGA
• PKI & certificate lifecycle management
• Machine Identity & secrets management
• Identity recovery and resilience architecture
• Experience with Zero Trust identity models
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and risk management
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, and OCI environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory recovery and resilience
• Exposure to CIEM, Conditional Access, and cross-tenant architectures
• Background in cloud security, cryptography, or security architecture
• Experience with Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint, or Rubrik solutions
