- Design, implement, and maintain complex infrastructure
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
- Conduct system performance tuning and optimization.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Maintain and update documentation of the projects
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of lab or testing environments.
- Assisting with the organization and filing of documentation related to projects and systems
- CCNA is advantage but not required
- If ECE, License is advantage but not required
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent course
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can work in collaborative environments and ability to work well with others and contribute to team goals
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
