Position: PV Solutions Engineer

Join our team as a PV Solutions Engineer!

We’re looking for an engineer who can help design and deliver smart PV solutions for residential and commercial projects, energy storage systems, and microgrids.

What You’ll Do

•Plan and support the design of smart PV solutions.

•Work directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.

•Develop customized solutions and technical deliverables for key projects.

•Present and explain solutions to customers, including technical teams and executives.

•Support project bidding, planning, consulting, and delivery.

•Lead requirement surveys and provide solutions that meet project needs.

•Coordinate with local and regional teams to help improve PV solutions and product development.

What We’re Looking For

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.

•Experience in the solar or energy industry is preferred, especially with developers, EPCs, inverter, or battery companies.

•Familiarity with PVSyst, PVSol, AutoCAD, or similar solar design software.

•Strong customer engagement, presentation, and technical communication skills.

•Experience in project bidding and customer-facing technical discussions is a plus.

•Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working across technical and commercial teams.
