Position: System Developer (Software / Systems)

Client Sector: Leading Packaging Solutions Manufacturer (Food & Industrial Applications)

Location: Quezon City 

Role Type: Full-time, Permanent (With Leadership Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development & Architecture: Design, code, test, and deploy robust software solutions and system integrations to support corporate functions.
• ERP & Core Systems Management: Manage, customize, and optimize the company''s ERP ecosystem (specifically focusing on Version 15 or later), as well as internal Finance, HRIS, and SAP-integrated workflows.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a supervisor or lead for the development team, mentoring junior programmers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Process Automation: Analyze existing manufacturing and corporate workflows to identify bottleneck areas, developing automation solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide high-level technical support for system glitches, database issues, and data integration errors.

Qualifications:

• A well-rounded developer who possesses both strong technical foundations and the soft skills required to lead.
• Education: Graduate of a 4-year IT-related course (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in at least two or more of the following: C++, C#, Python, Visual Basic, or VB.NET.
• Domain Experience: Proven track record in developing or maintaining internal corporate systems such as Finance systems, HRIS, and SAP.
• ERP Expertise: Highly knowledgeable in ERP systems, with specific experience or exposure to Version 15 or later.
• Leadership Track Record: Must possess actual leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., Team Lead, Senior Developer, or Project Supervisor).
