Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead System Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise software solutions that support business operations. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring developers, managing system enhancements, and driving process automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

System Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and system integrations.
• Build scalable and reliable solutions to support business operations.
• Ensure software quality, performance, and maintainability.

ERP & Business Systems Management

• Manage, customize, and optimize ERP systems and related business applications.
• Support Finance, HRIS, and SAP-integrated workflows.
• Ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.

Process Improvement & Support

• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
• Provide technical recommendations for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software development and system integration.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following:
• C#
• C++
• Python
• Visual Basic / VB.NET
• Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, Finance Systems, or SAP environments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a software development team is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
