Primary Goal:

• Help clients understand the best technical solutions while supporting the sales team in closing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and understand infrastructure challenges.

Analyze customer environments including:

• Network infrastructure
• Servers and virtualization
• Storage systems
• Backup and disaster recovery systems
• Design technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, industry standards, and vendor best practices.
• Prepare and present:
• Solution architectures
• Technical diagrams
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Scope of Work (SoW)
• Technical proposals
• Participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree, Information Technology, or any computer-related course.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience.
• Must be amenable to be an agency-based employee.
