QUALIFICATIONS:

• Information Technology graduate, Computer Science graduate, or any related course
• With or without experience
• Having knowledge or experience in the field is an advantage
• With high analytical and interpersonal skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write script code for the workflow process that subject for automation on RPA Platform
• Run software tests to spot and resolve bugs and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with other departments to undestand their process and analyze if possible for automation.
• Work with team members to find creative, innovative solutions to problems
• Install, test, and update computer equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related problems by running diagnostic, documenting problems and resolution
• Provide documentation and technical specification for planning and implementing new or upgrade infrastructure
• Maintain up to date inventory of computer equipment and software license, etc.
