Description
- System Design: Analyze user requirements and design software systems that meet organizational needs.
- Development: Write, test, and maintain code for applications and systems using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and QA testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues through debugging and testing.
- System Integration: Implement and integrate new systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
- User Training: Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of software systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
- Compliance: Ensure that all development activities comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a system developer or in a similar role, typically 3+ years.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with development frameworks and tools (e.g., .NET, Angular, React).
- Database Skills: Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Version Control: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
