Location: BGC, Taguig | Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (APAC shift)

Employment Type: 1-year contract (high chance of renewal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze systems (Java, XHTML, JSF) to identify business rules and workflows
• Create System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and design documents
• Lead client workshops and align requirements
• Develop and execute SIT & UAT test plans
• Track defects and coordinate fixes with developers
• Collaborate with Java/React teams and act as bridge to business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years Java development experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML/XHTML, AJAX, event-driven UI
• Can read Java code and understand system logic
• Experience writing requirements and test cases (SIT/UAT)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite in BGC
• Familiar with:

1. React + TypeScript
2. REST APIs / API gateways
3. AWS S3 (basic understanding)
