Technical Expertise:

• Configure and customize SAP B1 systems.

• Manage system configurations, databases (MSSQL/HANA), and troubleshoot technical issues.

Client Interaction & Consulting:

• Understand client technical requirements and provide solutions.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Offer technical advice on SAP solutions and integration opportunities.

Implementation & Maintenance:

•Participate in SAP B1 implementation and upgrades.

•Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.

Other Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with SAP advancements.

• Develop data migration programs.

• Conduct technical training for clients and internal teams.

• Install and configure SAP B1 on MSSQL and HANA databases.

• Provide technical recommendations and support to clients.

• Execute SAP B1 version upgrades and HANA migrations.

• Conduct technical training and server health checks.
