As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and configuration of

applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders. Your

day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the team, making key technical and delivery

decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the application and related technologies.

● Lead, mentor, and manage the application team to ensure high performance.

● Take ownership of technical and delivery-related decisions for the team.

● Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive key project decisions.

● Provide solutions to technical and operational challenges within the team and across

teams.

● Lead the end-to-end application development and support process.

● Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.

● Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Experience Requirement

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration, preferably with IBM

Mainframe MQ environments.

● Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.

● Strong understanding of application development and integration processes.

● Proven experience in leading and managing development or support teams.

● Solid knowledge of software architecture and design principles.

● Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
