Description

The ServiceNow CMDB Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. This position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, governance, and alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to support IT Service Management and business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a CMDB Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving best practices, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams. Their expertise will contribute significantly to data integrity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making throughout the organization.

• Design, configure, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data model aligned with CSDM standards.
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Act as the CMDB Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to stakeholders on CMDB-related initiatives.
• Conduct CMDB process training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for technical and business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement CMDB enhancements and process improvements.
• Monitor CMDB health, identify data integrity issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support ServiceNow platform initiatives that leverage CMDB data for IT Operations, Asset Management, and Service Management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration and administration.
• Strong expertise in designing and managing CMDB data models using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• In-depth understanding of CMDB governance, data quality management, and configuration management processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Setup & Additional Information

• Hybrid setup: 2–3 days onsite per week
• Office Location: Pasay City
