Role Summary

An experienced IT Infrastructure professional responsible for managing and supporting Windows Server environments, automation, cloud integration, and system monitoring. The role focuses on stability, security, scalability, and automation of enterprise IT systems.

Core Requirements

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on IT Infrastructure experience
• 3–5 years of progressive IT Operations experience
• Windows Server Expertise (Core)

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
• Active Directory & Group Policy Management
• DNS, DHCP, File Services
• IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration & troubleshooting
• Windows Server clustering & high availability setups
• Server hardening, security best practices
• Backup & disaster recovery management

Automation & Scripting

• Advanced PowerShell scripting (must-have)
• Experience with automation tools:
• Ansible
• Terraform
• Version control using Git
