• System Maintenance: Installing, upgrading, and configuring servers, hardware, and software, including Windows, Linux, or macOS systems.
• Network Administration: Maintaining network infrastructure, file systems, and connectivity (LAN/WAN).
• Security & Data Protection: Implementing security protocols, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, conducting audits, and ensuring robust backup/recovery procedures.
• User Management: Creating, updating, and removing user accounts and managing permissions.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving system errors, hardware failures, and software issues.
• Documentation & Support: Documenting system configurations, policies, and providing technical support to users.
• Strategy (IT Head): Developing a technology roadmap, setting IT budgets, setting security policies, and managing relationships with vendors.
• Infrastructure (SysAdmin): Configuring servers, maintaining networks, installing updates, managing backups, and ensuring security.
• Support: Providing help desk support, setting up new employees, and troubleshooting.
