Surveyor

Perform boundary, topographic and construction surveys.
Plotting and drafting the survey data & results & provide hard copy survey record drawings.
Establish horizontal and vertical controls in the construction sites as permanent references throughout the duration of the project.
Perform actual site layout markings of alignment, elevation and reference lines & points for construction guide. Check sub-contractor layout and markings
Maintain & check daily the accuracy of the establish benchmarks.
Assist the Site Engineer in the quality checking of allowable deviations of actual finish works against the approved shop drawings & specifications.
Manage & reflect the site marking into shop drawings and construction drawings.
Responsible in complying with (IMS) procedures, work instructions of related processes based on the implemented Integrated Management System.
Completion of all (IMS) documented information within the deadline, particularly with forms, checklists and/or other records necessary to the related processes, internal or external
Any task in relation to the designation directed by Immediate Supervisor or Top Management.

At least 3rd year Engineering Course or completed Surveying course in a Vocational/Technical School.
Knowledge of GPS, total station equipment & auto CAD microstation.
Extensive experience & proficiency in the operation of surveying equipment & ability to communicate with project technical staff.
At least 5 years experience as Surveyor in a construction site or land development project.
Amenable to work in Tanuan Batangas (Staffhouse provided)
